401Here are the details to a land patent found on Md. Archives website. I'm not sure WHICH Henry is spoken of, but I'm guessing it was either this Henry or his father.
Patent Record IC I, p. 120; 1792; Every Bodys Land, 390 1/2 Acres; Certificate
Developer/Owner: Lamot, Henry. I've emailed the Archive on 7 Nov 2001, asking for them to make the scanned image of it available online.

The following was provided by Ben Brown of Northwest Ohio via email received 31 Jan 2008."From the Abstracts of Maryland Land Warrants & Patents, Baltimore County, Maryland [Part 2 of 3], I found the following:

"Henry Lammot of Baltimore County
20 ¬ acres "Lammot's Delight"

Thomas Gist surveyed tract of land lyeing in Baltimore County, beginning at the end of the fifty fifth line, being the fourth 82 degrees, etc. to tract called "Stoney Hills", thence north, etc. Surveyed 5 September 1776. The petition of Henry Lammot, eldest son of Henry Lammot, late deceased, showeth that the said Henry Lammot in his lifetime, to wit, on the 5th of September 1776, had surveyed for him a tract of land called "Lammot's Delight", lyeing in Baltimore County, containing 20 ¬ acres by virtue of a warrant for 50 acres obtained by him out of the proprietary land office the 5th of March 1776. Henry Lammot left will, left land to his wife during her natural life or widowhood, or until his son Joshua Lammot should reach the age of 18, when the same should be sold, part of proceeds to wife and remainder to be divided. His son, Jacob Lamott (sic) and Christian Hoffman to be his executors. Children: Henry, Jr; John; Jacob; Mary (Walker); Daniel, Barbery, Moses, Levy, Joshua and Catherine.
February 5, 1802.
