Because they are living, their info. is not being posted. ---------------------------------------------------- 428An obituary appeared in the January 5, 1956 issue of the Pulaski County Democrat as follows: "Death Takes Elderly Star City Resident - Isaac W. Drach, eighty-six year old retired farmer, died Sunday morning at his residence near Star City. He suffered a broken hip in a fall five weeks ago. Born Nov. 3, 1868, in Maryland. Mr. Drach was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Drach. He was married to Luella Harris at Grant Park, Ill., in 1897. He had lived in Pulaski county fifty-eight years, coming here from Illinois, and was a member of the Modern Woodmen. Besides the widow, he is survived by two sons, Clinton of Star City, and Walter of Kewanna; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Final services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Fry and Lange funeral home, with the Rev. John Paul Jones officiating. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at Star City." I.O.O.F stands for the International Order of Odd Fellows. The cemetery changed its name to the Star City West Cemetery. 429The newspaper line read, "Isaac Drach left here Tuesday morning for his home in Indiana, after having spent three weeks with his brother John E.
