468Richard J. Todd family residence and farmland of 100 acres, including a small piece of woods. Later, Frank E. Dawley acquired the Todd property and built his new home just east of the Todd home, and the first steel frame barn ever to be erected in the United States. He used the Todd home for rental. ... Bishop's Brook has its headwaters east of Eagle Village. A small tributary of the brook had springs on the Todd farm. ... There source for the info. is "Sweet's New Atlas of Onondaga Co., New York", written in 1874 by Homer D.L. Sweet, pp. 107-108. It lists a man named R. J.
