1852 Deed Transferring Property in Carroll County, Md

This deed was presented to me in three separate pieces by my father, William C. Rivers, Sr. before his passing. It was given to him by his mother, Anna Belle Rivers, nee Kennard, daughter of Mary Belle and William D. Kennard.

The condition of one of the pieces was that of a single piece of unlined paper which had been folded in half. I believe I've put the second through the fourth graphic images together correctly. There is writing on the third piece which has the title of the Deed on its backside and I believe I've placed it where it belongs, although I'm not positive. Therefore, I assume that there's still a missing piece. On the deed are the signatures of D. F. Lamot, someone named Crowsner (can't make out the first name), and William and Sarah L. Shaw.

One thing I find interesting is that William Shaw's wife, Sophia, is mentioned throughout this deed and yet the signature states Sarah. I believe that Lamot and Crowsner are the two justices of the peace mentioned in the deed's text.
