  • Here is a Bio-bit on immigrant Rudolf Drach, who immigrated in 1730, which was found on an Ancestry page of researcher, Tom Lengle. It is used with his permission on this site. Mr. Lengle is a member of the Nat'l Genealogical Soc.

  • Deed Dated April 1, 1852 which transfers property to Martha Curry, Nancy Wright, Mary Roberts and Samuel A. Lauver. According to one of the obits on Mary Belle Drach's father, Hanson M. Drach, M.D., she was married to a Charles Lauver. Since my grandmother had this and other documents in her possession, I might guess that Samuel was Mary Belle's first father-in-law.

  • In 1864 Dr. Hanson M. Drach joined other doctors in urging compensation by Congress for the use of anesthetics in the Army and Navy. You can see his name listed on page 3 of the document.
