1920 Supoena - Baltimore City

It's obvious that this supoena is commanding (Mary) Belle Kennard, daughter-in-law of Baltis H. Kennard, to the circuit court of Baltimore City. It states that it's an "Equity Subpoena", and informs the recipient, "To answer the complaint of Sophia Louisa Webb". The subpoena is signed by Charles R. Whiteford, Clerk. The document also mentions the name of "the honorable" Morris A. Soper, Chief Judge of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, Md. I'm surprised to see Mary Belle Kennard's name on a legal document as simply being Belle. I believe the complaintant is sister to Belle's father-in-law.
